Colaka methodology
Evidence before scores.
Colaka combines website crawl evidence, configured AI visibility tests, authorized Google Business Profile observations, reputation records, and user-confirmed property facts. A missing or failed channel is excluded and lowers confidence; it is not treated as a passing result.
Google Business Profile
When connected, Colaka reads the explicitly selected location and its reviews. It measures only fields available through the approved APIs and records unavailable coverage. Provider values are compared with user-confirmed facts but never silently overwrite them. Raw provider evidence expires within 30 days.
Recommendations and trends
Findings are deterministic checks against captured evidence and include observed values and limitations. Generated post drafts use confirmed entity facts and are copied manually. Long-term Google-derived trend retention is disabled pending policy interpretation.
Limits
Colaka does not guarantee rankings, map placement, citations, conversions, or revenue. Results describe the tested sources, settings, and capture time. Users should review recommendations before implementation.
